I have tried V16, V18. In V18, when I add CPU/HMI, it gets stuck for an infinite amount of time. In the case of V16, it shows STEP 7 Basic License problem. I don’t understand what to do now. I had tried around 5 times to install and reinstall this software. Please let me know how to fix this issue. I installed EKB software as per the given instructions.
