Hello everyone, at the request of many people, today I would like to share to everyone the WinCC Flexible-2008 SP4 software is the version specifically for the Chinese market.

This software is used to read Chinese HMI or many Chinese-designed HMI must be used to open this software

This software I tested on Windows-7 and Windows-10 both works stably

• Caution : Must convert the Non-Unicode Language of the device to Chinese (PRC) to install the software, you can see the instructions below.

# Windows 10

+ Step 1 : Go to search and find and select Control Panel settings

+ 2 : Chose Clock and Region

+ 3 : Select Change location

+ 4 : Go to Administrative, then select Change system locale

+ 5 : Select Chinese (Simplified, China)

+ 6 : Choose OK, then Select Restart now

# Windows 7

+ Step 1 : Go to Start and select Region and Language

+ 2 Select Change system locale

+ 3 : Select Chinese (Simplified, PRC) then Restart your PC
