Hi . Delta is a very popular PLC because of its cheap price and good quality. Cable to connect PLC Delta with PC is also very easy to do.

This cable uses the COM port, if using a Laptop you need a USB to COM cable to connect. As a straight cable, there is no extra R resistance, so this cable works 100% if you weld the right diagram.
